摘要
Two new Cu(II) complexes namely, Cu(PDC)(2)(H2O)-H-. (1) and {[Cu(1,3-BIP)(PDC)(NO3)]center dot 2H(2)O}(n) (2) (1,3-BIP = 1,3-di(1H-imidazol-1-yl)propane; HPDC = 5-methyl-4-oxo-1-phenyl-1,4-dihydropyridazine-3-carboxylic acid) have been sythesized and characterized by single crystal x-ray ananlyses, thermogravietr -ic techniques. The single-crystal x-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 shows a zero-dimensional structure, which is further reinforced through strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding to form a 3D suparmolecular framework. Complex 2 exhibits a one-dimensional ring structure, which are further linked by intermolecular hydrogen bonding to form a 3D supermolecular architecture. The optimized geometric bond lengths and bond angles of complex 1 obtained by using density functional theory (DFT) have been compared with X-ray diffraction values. In addition, the antimicrobial activity of the complex 1 and the photocatalytic activity of the complex 2 were also investigated.
