摘要
•Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is a strong fertility biomarker in superovulated cows.•Antral follicle count (AFC) is a biomarker for reproductive success in donor cows.•AMH and AFC in cows resulted as important predictors for embryo production response.•Transferable embryos increased 0.005 per 1 pg/mL of AMH and 0.484 per 1 unit of AFC.•Predictive ability of AMH and AFC is enhanced by cool- and reduced by warm-climates.
