摘要
Since October 2020, the COVID-19 epidemic has affected the care of patients in the field of oncology/hematology in the public and private establishments. The "Unite de coordination en onco-geriatrie region Bretagne" (coordinating unit in onco-geriatrics of the Brittany region) has wished to have a survey with specialists in cancerology so as to make an inventory of the care given to cancer patients aged over 75 in the region. An inquest was made in the course of October 2020, following the first lock down, with 24 specialists. 67% of them feel they lack in clear orders/institutional prescriptions related with this epidemic. 46% answered that they lack in communication supports for patients concerning this health context. Then UCOG Bretagne worked out a consciousness-raising poster "COVID and Cancer" in collaboration with the Ligue Contre le Cancer Bretagne (the Brittany League against Cancer), the ARS ( the Health Regional Agency), the CPAM (the Health Insurance Office) OMEDIT, and the Oncobretagne network.
