摘要
Community Sports Parks are an innovative practice in Zhuhai City, China for resolving the poor-quality living environment and insufficient sports and leisure space due to the rapid development of the city. However, there are few studies on the impact of Community Sports Parks on the well-being of surrounding residents. Therefore, this study involved the following: field research in 28 communities, questionnaire surveys on the use of Community Sports Parks and residents' subjective well-being, and a multiple regression model to analyse the relationship between subjective well-being and Community Sports Parks. The results indicate the following: (1) Community Sports Parks have positive effects on residents' subjective well-being; (2) The diversity and accessibility of Community Sports Parks have positive effects on residents' subjective well-being; (3) Age plays a positive role in regulating the diversity of facilities in Community Sports Parks and residents’ subjective well-being. Therefore, during construction, Community Sports Parks should incorporate numerous park facilities to increase their versatility. To ensure social equality, we should plan the construction of Community Sports Parks in terms of convenience, accessibility, and spatial distribution, instead of excessively pursuing large-scale construction. Simultaneously, independent age group requirements should be considered during construction to meet the sports and leisure needs of different age groups, especially the elderly.
