摘要
•Pd-catalyzed asymmetric allylic substitutions via symmetrical and unsymmetrical π-allyl intermediates.•Selective ligation of N-P-N type phosphine ligands having two oxazoline units.•31P NMR observation of stoichiometric reaction of π-allyl species and enolate ion.•Reactivity difference of major and minor π-allyl intermediates was determined.•Positive and negative correlation between minor to major ratio (minor/major) and % enantiomeric excess.
