摘要
•A geometry-considered 3D pseudorandom grain-scale modelling method to generate accurate and efficient microstructure-dependent crystal plasticity finite element models.•This method comprehensively considers the necessary actual microstructure information, part geometry and their mutual relations during modelling.•This method has higher accuracy and robustness than the Voronoi random method on macroscopic response and microstructure evolution prediction.•There is a potential for full lifecycle tracking of crystalline material miniature parts with the help of this method.
