摘要

We report an investigation of synthesis of multilayer MoS2 on transferred CVD graphene. To transfer the CVD graphene on target substrates four methods were used. Scanning electron microscopy and raman microscopy were used to investigate transferred films. The synthesis of molybdenum disulphide films were carried out by the CVD method at 700 degrees C for 15 minutes in Ar flow. Heterostructures MoS2/Graphene were obtained.
