摘要
Std-RSF for each element in analytical sample such as gallium matrix was established using aluminum matrix CRM and applied to the quantification of impurities in Ga metals. Three CRMs were used to prepare the calibration curve, and the slope of calibration curve is RSF. Then, Std-RSF was obtained by converting from RSF based on aluminum matrix to RSF based on gallium matrix. As a result, it was confirmed that RSF was almost constant with the concentration of each element. In addition, the quantitative concentration calculated by the IBR for Fe matrix CRM and the Std-RSF obtained by the Al matrix CRM were compared with the standard concentration of the Fe matrix CRM in order to confirm the error of quantified concentration with the different matrix. It was confirmed that quantification was possible with the relative deviation of under 30%. Finally, a quantitative analysis of the impurity elements in the two gallium metals was carried out using the established Std-RSF. Also, the total concentration for impurities in gallium metals was 7.66 mg kg −1 and 0.08 mg kg −1 , respectively, and the detection limits of each element were under 0.004, 0.001, 0.007, 0.003, and 0.006 mg kg −1 for Al, Si, Cu, Zn, and Sn.
