摘要
Introduction of appropriate Saccharomyces cerevisiae cheaters could optimize bioethanol production efficiency in both pure and bacteria-contaminated fermentation. Furthermore, adsorption-immobilized carriers were better for maintaining stable yeast social structure than embedded-immobilized carriers.
