Endoscopic ultrasound guided gastrojejunostomy (EUS-GJ) is a novel endoscopic procedure for the treatment of gastric outlet obstruction (GOO). Currently, limited data exists regarding the safety and efficacy of EUS-GJ. We aimed to study the outcomes and safety of EUS-GJ in GOO patients with ascites versus those without ascites.
