Hydrothermal Preparation Of Bi-Doped Cs2ag1-Xnaxincl6 And Application For White Light Led Devices

The lead-free double perovskite Cs2Ag1-xNaxInCl6 has been proposed as a promising material, with non-toxicity, good optical properties and superior stability. Herein, Bi-doped Cs2Ag1-xNaxInCl6 perovskites quantum dots have been prepared though a hydrothermal method with a less strict condition than the methods reported before, and their phase structure, morphology and luminescence performance with different Na contents have been investigated in detail. Cs2Ag1-xNaxInCl6: Bi has a broad emission peak located at 600 nm and the photoluminescence quantum yield can reach to 86.91% when x = 0.8. The product also showed excellent performance in subsequent packaging with warm white light. The result indicates the great potential of the product for its warm white light emitting application.
