摘要
•Equations of VOs DC and SoS from their composition and temperature are proposed.•A total of 57 and 56 data in the range of 20−50 °C for the DC and SoS are used.•The equations are obtained using genetic programming (GP).•GP equations reproduce the dependencies on saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.•MAE values for the databases for DC and SoS of VOs are 0.02 and 1.0 m/s.
