摘要

Ultrastructural and immohistochemical investigations were performed on vitellogenic follicles of the spotted ray Torpedo marmorata. Follicle cells were shown undergo vitellogenesis since nascent and differentiated yolk globules, cross-reacting with anti-vitellogenin of Podarcis, were found inside them. The origin of vitellogenin found inside follicle cells is here discussed.
