The cardiac hemodynamic has a close relationship with human health, so the study of cardiac hemodynamic becomes crucial. The main purpose of this paper is to extract cardiac hemodynamic parameters based on human's ECG signal to study cardiac hemodynamic. Collecting ECG signal from 10 people and designing the method of baseline correction and noise removal processing. Then marking ECG signal feature points for further calculation of cardiac hemodynamic parameters: Heart rate (HR), stroke volume (SV), cardiac output (CO), cardiac index (CI). Results show that main cardiac hemodynamic parameters can be obtained by ECG signal, and also can be used as a function parameter evaluation of human body, and have certain reference significance for health check.
