The Establishment Of The Quantitative Model Of Wogonin In Radix Scutellariae

To establish a rapid analytical method for wogonin in Radix Scutellariae by near-infrared spectroscopy technology (NIRS). We adopted the method of Partial Least Square (PLS). The spectrum was pretreatment by using Second Derivative and multiplicative scatter correction (MSC). The most suitable wave band and the main factor were selected to establish model. The correlation coefficient of calibration(R-2) was 0.9512; the root-mean-square error of calibration (RMSEC) was 0.0336. The measuring value by NIRS was close to reference value. The establishment of the model was appropriate.
