摘要
Objective: To investigate the effect of different concentrations of dibutyl phthalate (DBP) on neuronal cells. Methods: DBP was added to the cell culture medium to make the final concentration 100 mu g/ml, 10 mu g/ml, 1 mu g/ml and 100 ng/ml. Wound healing scratch assays were performed to examine cell motility of different concentrations of DBP and cell morphological studies were applied to investigate the effects of DBP on neurite outgrowth in Neuro-2a cell. Result: DBP decreased the migration distances and inhibited neurite outgrowth in a dose-and time-dependent manner in neuro2a cells. Conclusion: A relative higher concentrations of DBP can inhibit cell motility and neurite outgrowth in neuronal cells.
