摘要
In our present study, the intracranial pressure (ICP) and brain interstitial microdialysis fluid were monitored with the mongrel canines experimental cerebral hemorrhage model. We found excepted the glucose concentration, the glutamate, lactic acid, pyruvate and the glycerol concentration were increased during the experiment. Especially the glutamate concentration achieved peak at 3 days and still remained high than the control group and the baseline after 14 days. The ICP peak was occurred at 2hr after the model prepared and became normal after 3 days in the control but remained higher than normal and the control in the ICH group till 14 days. These results indicated that the existence of metabolism disorders and the long time aggregation of excitatory amino acids (EAAs) in brain around hematoma after ICH.
