Using COLTRIMS, we observed atomic-size Fraunhofer-type diffraction in reaction He2++He (1s(2))-> He+ (1s) + He+ (1s) at 40 keV. By comparing the angular spacing and fringes' position of differential cross sections with the calculated results of the Molecular Columbic over barrier Model and Two State Model, the latter model gives good agreement with the experiment.
