摘要
This paper presents a modified topology of the grid-connected hybrid generation system. The Power flow sequence between PV array, the DC or AC load and the Grid has also been discussed. A bidirectional converter has been introduced for this purpose. The grid power can be utilized during non-availability of either of the renewable sources especially at night time or when the load demand is not met. The control strategy is made in such a way that the angle of the inverter output voltage can be adjusted to lead the grid voltage so that active power flows to the load side. Since the output of the PV array is dependent on the solar irradiance and the cell temperature, to maximize the PV array output an efficient MPPT algorithm is implemented. The simulation has also been carried out for the proposed system.
