摘要
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ultrasound (US) assisted catalytic activation of peroxymonosulfate (PMS) and Fe-NiOx catalyst on the removal of Orange II (AO7). SEM analysis and particle size analysis showed Fe-NiOx catalyst was highly dispersed and ultrasound can change the chemical structure what can provide more reactive site for PMS activation. Meanwhile, combined the results of XRD analysis and Raman analysis, it was revealed that the components- MOx(MO(OH) and 02) of Fe-NiOx, catalyst were changed and thc surface metal substance presented small change after US radiation. Under the action of ultrasound, more Fe-NiOx reaction sites can be obtained, and higher reaction activity can improve the reaction efficiency of AO7 degradation (19.39% -> 91.32%). In addition, the main reactive substance produced in thc US/Fe-NiOx/PMS process is 102, and OH center dot and SO4- arc also produced during the treatment of AO7. Under optimal conditions, the TOC reduction rate was studied to further explore the system. The effects of Fe-NiOX dosage. initial pH value and ultrasonic power on the degradation process were investigated. All results show that the US/Fe-NiOx/PMS process has great potential application value in the treatment of dye wastewater.
