摘要
Livestock wastewater contains a high concentration of organic substances, a large number of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium components and a variety of pathogens, if the treatment method is not appropriate or direct discharge, it will bring serious harm to the water, crop and atmosphere. After comprehensive analysis and comparison, the Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 has a high efficiency in treating livestock wastewater, through the determination of livestock wastewater treated Shewanella uneiciensis MR-1 ammonia nitrogen and CODcr content to reflect its treatment effect. The influence of including bacterial concentration and reaction time, on the treatment effect of wastewater was investigated. The results illustrated that the removal rate of CODcr was 86.2% when 40 mL of bacteria was added. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 26.00/0. Under the premise of adding 40mL of bacteria and 12 h of reaction time, the removal rate of CODcr and ammonia nitrogen was 78% and 24% respectively.
