On Negative Education Administration By Law In China

As an inevitable trend of educational reform and development in China, education administration by law has greatly promoted the education to develop more scientifically and democratically in the modernized manner according to law. Despite the achievements China has made in administering education by law, there appear lots of problems in this process. Negative education administration by law is one of them. Against this background, a preliminary analysis is made to explore its connotation, manifestation, and reasons.
