摘要

Recently signal averaged electrocardiography (SAECG) has been proposed as a useful technique for identifying patients at risk for atrial fibrillation (AF). Aim of this study was to assess whether the time domain analysis of P wave with SAECG is able, during sinus rhythm, not only to distinguish between patients with and without paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF) but also patients at high risk of arrhythmic recurrence.
