Research On Electricity Price Volatility Risk And Measures For Risk Management And Control After Power Sales Side Liberalized In China

With a new round of electric power system reform started, the market price mechanism will change greatly after power sales side liberalized in China. First this paper analyzes the transaction relationship of market entities and price forming mechanism after power sales side liberalized. Research shows that electricity price volatility can be divided into the normal price volatility and the abnormal price volatility. Then this paper analyzes the cause, characteristics and influence of electricity price volatility risk after power sales side liberalized in China. Finally, from the point of government monitoring department, this paper studies the management and control measures aimed at two kinds of electricity price volatility.
