摘要
The impact of distributive, procedural, and interactional justice on task performance and contextual performance has been explored. The results show that the link between organizational justice and work performance is mostly mediated by organizational commitment and leader-member exchange (LMX). Findings support that interactional justice is the best predictor of work performance among the three constructs of organizational justice, and normative commitment is the best mediator among the three mediating variables in the research.
