Research On Satisfactory Degree Of Different Income Groups Of Shanghai World Expo

The 41st World Expo is hold in Shanghai from May 1, 2010 to October 31, 2010. It attacts about 245 countries and international organization to join and at least 65 million person-time to visit who come from every corner of the world. Such extencive participantion will be surely written into the history of the World Expo. The holding of EXPO need the participantion of governments, enterprises and the public. The success of Shanghai Expo largely lies on visitors' attention and participantion degree. Then it sured be convictive to evolute the service quality from the view of visitors. On the base of the result of the survey about satisfactory degree of Shanghai Expo, 14 indices are quantitatively analyzed. According to the fact of income, the service quality and satisfactory degree are evoluted objectively and systematically.
