Evaluation Model Of Standard Influence Based On Grey Correlation - Topsis

Standard impact is a measure of the standard adoption relationship between standardization agencies. Based on related indicators of GB standardized database, this paper established an index system by referring to the five elements of standard influence theory proposed by Yunpeng Chen. By constructing the Grey Correlation - TOPSIS model, it comprehensively evaluated the influence of other countries and standardization organizations on GB. It is concluded that ISO, IEC, USA, Turkey and EN have great influence on GB; while Italy, Spain and Australia have less influence.
