摘要
This comparative study examined the most appropriate modality to improve life satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational climate. We studied the effect of intensity, or concentration of interventions, aimed at improving inter and intra-personal skills on life satisfaction, job satisfaction, and organizational climate. The sample consisted of seven investigations, six of these used a low-intensity mode (LI) or spaced in time, and only one study used a high-intensity mode (HI) or concentrated in time. In order to analyze whether the results of the investigations varied according to the intensity used, we estimated the effect size (r) of investigations and compared them with the test of Preacher. Results showed that the effect sizes between studies, according to the intensity used (LI vs HI), were significantly different for life satisfaction (LI=0.55, HI=0.03), job satisfaction (LI=0.59, HI=0.08) and organizational climate (LI=0.51, HI=0.15), i.e., the intensity moderated the effectiveness of the interventions.
