As the largest supplier of carbon products, China has more advantage in the market of clean development mechanism, but at present transactions of CDM Project is much lower than excepted. By analyzing the market of CDM Project, the function and status quo of Carbon Finance, this article proposes to promote clean development mechanism through carbon finance in order to support the establishment of Chinese carbon trading market.
