摘要
The mechatronic systems know a booming development with their entrance in several domains as automotive and electrical appliances industries. Miniaturization and integration of functions within confined spaces are becoming increasingly important but are confronted to inevitable difficulties during assembly stage. The most important difficulty is due to the adhesive forces on which is focused this paper. This one presents utilization of qualitative measures of assembly operation difficulty for planning micro-systems assembly. Those measures are based on assembly success probability concepts related to part morphology, dimensions and material. It serve to choose the most opportune assembly plan in the global assembly Petri net which contains all authorized assembly plans. Choosing plan is achieved thanks to a linear programming modeling with probability-based objective function.
