This paper describes the development of a digital automatic potentiometric titrator with principles of intelligent instrumentation able to acquire measurements of digital pH meters and act in an electronic buret for adding titrant solution into the reactor where the solution to title was poured. In order to conduct experiments for chemical equilibrium and record all data for subsequent analysis the equipment has a solenoid to recreate the inert atmosphere in the reactor, maintaining a controlled temperature of 25 degrees C. The structured methodology and modular design technique is used for the implementation of equipment, offering the data of experience into a flat file displays charts of potential change as a function of added volume (mV/cm(3)) and average number of protons associated or dissociated in the metal or ligand function of pH (fb/pH, fc/pH), which follows the ionization constants under study. It is presented results for dipicolinic acid in order to obtain the constants of ionization of the ligand in the ionic environment, with very good results compared with trials of other researchers.
