摘要
Trichoderma asperellum is an important biocontrol fungus which has been shown to control plant soil-borne pathogens, such as: Pythium ultimum, Fusarium oxysporum, Cytospora chrysosperma and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. The goal of this research is to study the mycoparasitism mechanisms of T. asperellum using confrontation culture of T. asperellum and different pathogens. The mycoparasitism process of T. asperellum inhibits the growth of a pathogenic fungus was observed by optical microscope and atomic force microscopy. The result suggest that T. asperellum could recognize, adhere, parasitic in plant soil-borne pathogens and hydrolyze pathogens cell wall, eventually lead to the death of pathogenic fungi.
