Material Storage Network Layout Optimization Based On P-Median Model Of Power Grid Enterprises In China

Rational material storage network of power grid enterprises can improve the efficiency of logistics operation, reduce the cost of storage and delivery, and realize the efficiency improvement of the whole grid logistics system. This paper built up the P-Median Model, and got the optimal solution of the model with Greedy Dropping Heuristic Algorithm. The method broke the administrative division limit, took the whole region or part as the research object, optimized the warehouse of power grid enterprises layer by layer and from the bottom up, confirmed the appropriate location of warehouses and assigned demand points to the corresponding warehouse. Finally this paper shows the feasibility and availability of the model by an example.
