People expect to have beautiful clothes to show themselves, and thus resulting in booming fashion industry and the textile industry. Synthetic dyes are most commonly used for dyeing, but many dyes were found to cause human disease, and often serious pollution problems. The rise of low-pollution green design, plant dyes dyeing and natural indigo dyeing, followed by attention again, a series beautiful blue dyed fabrics were designed to be environmentally friendly apparel show in front of the public, by consumers.However, dyeing effect of natural indigo dyeing is not reproducible, so that indigo dyed apparel with only unique, but not had the popularity and fashion. In this study, the indigo dyeing technique is modified by improving the process of design, formulation and dyeing conditions, and dyeing equipment to study the dyeing reproducibility. The effect of dyed fabrics was verified by instrumental analysis. The results of this study show the problem of reproducible of natural indigo dyeing could be effectively improved. Thus, achieving the goal of using environmentally friendly natural dyes to reduce the environmental pollution.
