摘要
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cycloheximide on the development of parthenogenetic activation and somatic cell nuclear transfered porcine embryos. porcine oocytes (44h after IVM) treated using electrical activation combinations of cycloheximide or cytochalsin B or 6-dimethylaminipurine were evaluated to determine the development rates of parthenogenetic activation porcine embryos (Group 1).Pretreatment with cycloheximide before electrical activation combinations of different reagents were evaluated to determine the development rates of parthenogenetic activation porcine embryos (Group 2).The groups were comprised of the treated using electrical activation combinations of different reagents were evaluated to determine the development rates of cloned porcine embryos (Group 3).The results show that the cycloheximide exhibited significantly (P<0.05) lower rates of parthenogenetic activation cleavage rates and of blastocyst rates, and longer time of parthenogenetic activation. However, Pre-treatment with cycloheximide significantly increased parthenogenetic activation cleavage rates and of blastocyst rates. Treated using electrical activation combinations of cycloheximide had the highest blastocyst yield of cloned porcine embryos.
