摘要
In this: work the pretreatment conditions that maximize the sugar yield of enzymatic hydrolysis of the organic fraction of municipal and industrial wastes are determined. The Masonite hydrolytic pretreatment technology has been applied at different temperatures (180 degrees. 200 degrees 220 degrees C) and residence times (2, 4, 6 min) conditions. The influence of pretreatment parameters on the: subsequent saccharification of cellulose has been studied. The lignocellulosic biomass pretreatment is carried out in a steam explosion pilot plant. Enzymatic hydrolysis yields using as substrate the solid fraction obtained after steam explosion pretreatment is studied in order to determine the optimum pretreatment conditions in terms of its capability to induce the highest fractionation of the starting material as well, us to enhance enzymatic degradation. As a result it can be concluded that the organic fraction of municipal wastes is ii suitable feedstocks to obtain sugars after steam explosion pretreatment. Enzymatic hydrolysis yields above 77% were obtained at 200 and 220 degrees C temperatures and 6 minutes residence time.
