摘要
Galileo, the European Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), will provide a High Accuracy Service (HAS) with positioning performance in the 20 cm range. HAS corrections will be disseminated through the Galileo E6-B signal on the 1278:75 MHz frequency. In order to provide corrections under different and possibly challenging propagation conditions, an effective data dissemination scheme is required and different options are currently under analysis. In this respect, a data dissemination scheme based in a high-parity vertical Reed-Solomon encoding mechanism has been recently proposed to minimize the Time To Retrieve Data (TTRD) and effectively cope with data erasures. An experimental analysis of this candidate E6-B data dissemination scheme is provided using real Galileo E6-B data collected under different propagation conditions. Galileo data are used to assess the impact of the propagation channel and account for E6-B data erasures. In this respect, a flexible analysis tool implementing different encoding options has been developed and used to estimate the TTRD under the propagation conditions encountered during the experimental data campaigns. Experimental results show that the Galileo HAS message can be decoded within a 30 second window with probabilities higher than 90%. This result has been obtained under challenging conditions and with reduced satellite availability.
