Time Series Accommodation Of Renewable Energy Considering Economy

Recent years, renewable energy has received extensive attention in the field of power generation. It is important to improve the ability of renewable energy accommodation in power grid. In this paper, an enhanced time series method in view of maximum profit is proposed for renewable energy accommodation. Firstly, considering the unit maintenance cost, unit start-up and shutdown cost, fuel power generation cost and environmental cost, the objective function is established in view of the minimum total cost of power generation. Then, the problem about constraints, which is gotten from output characteristics, load characteristics and rotating reserve capacity of wind power and photovoltaic power, is solved by Penalty Function(PF) method and Feasible Processing Mechanism(FPM). Finally, in view of the time series through the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO), the optimal energy consumption can be obtained. Through the actual power grid data of province, the correctness of enhanced time series method in view of maximum profit is verified, providing guidance for the renewable accommodation and grid dispatching operation in the future.
