Study On Distribution Loading Plan Based On Time Constraints And Loading Capability Limited

By analyzing logistics and distribution center operations processes and characteristics,we designed a freight loading plan simulation model which base on time constraints and loading capacity limited. The model aims at minimizing of the distribution system total loading time, and use(a) truck's initial arrival time range, (b) the maximum number of loading process limits and (c) the process operating time constraints as constraint conditions. The main idea of the algorithm to solving the model is building a initial loading plan first,then divides it into two parts and dealt with separately. The first part is the loading processes with no conflict, we can fix those processes time sequence,the other part is the loading processes with conflicts which adopted the method of exchange processes operating time sequence and the method of fixed order optimization to it. Examples and analysis show that it has a positive effect on determining the loading freight order of distribution center, reducing the load of the queue waiting time and improving the efficiency of freight loading speed for the use of the models and methods presented.
