A Novel Low-Voltage Low-Power Class-Ab Linear Transconductor

摘要
This paper presents a new compact low-voltage low-power differential linear transconductor. The proposed transconductor is based on a straightforward modification of a classical scheme that leads to class-AB linear operation. The transconductor has been designed using a 0.8 mum CMOS technology (VT similar to 0.8V) and it is operated at 1.5V with only 42 muW of quiescent power consumption and 40 MHz bandwidth. This transconductor can find applications in low power gm-C filters.
