Postnatal outcomes and risk factor analysis for patients with prenatally diagnosed oropharyngeal masses

摘要
•Our multidisciplinary care approach was associated with a mortality of 12.3%—lower than previous reports.•NICU care was required for all patients and long-term breathing, feeding, speech, and hearing-related care was required for the majority.•Involvement of key anatomic regions was associated with increased mortality; mass size was not.•This is the largest known series of patients with prenatally diagnosed oropharyngeal masses and can be used to guide counseling for parents in the prenatal period.
