Overexpression and diagnostic significance of INTS7 in lung adenocarcinoma and its effects on tumor microenvironment

•INTS7 expression was significantly upregulated in LUAD than in normal tissues.•INTS7 might be a promising biomarker for diagnosing LUAD.•INTS7 showed vital impacts on tumor microenvironment, and high expression of INTS7 might predict poor response to immunotherapy.•Patients with high expression of INTS7 exhibited less sensitivity to molecular-targeted drugs.
