摘要

•2,4,6-TBP was a major hepatic metabolite of TTBP-TAZ in an in vitro experiment.•The transformation rates of TTBP-TAZ to 2,4,6-TBP were 1.3% and 0.6% in rat blood and liver, respectively.•TTBP-TAZ activates AhR receptors and promotes thyroid disruption and fatty hepatic degeneration.
