摘要

•THCA → THC decarboxylation in solid state was in-situ monitored, for the first time.•TG/DTG curves outlined the reaction dynamics and aided in further experiment design.•MIR spectroscopy coupled with PCA enabled calculation of the reaction kinetics.•The decarboxylation reaction was monitored for THCA standard and Cannabis flower.
