摘要
•Chlorogenic acid (CA) derivatives with different lipophilicities were synthesized.•CA derivatives extracts showed α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.•CA derivatives inhibited α-amylase/α-glucosidase by mixed mechanisms.•CA derivatives quenched intrinsic fluorescence by dynamic and static mechanism.•C12-CA exhibits stronger inhibitory activities compared with CA and acarbose.
