摘要

•Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is used for the treatment of cancer.•Incorporation of polymer dots into pyropheophorbide-a (PPa) improves the laser induced effects of PPa.•The conjugated drug inherits the pH sensitivity of polymer dots.•The nano-dugs synthesized through different methods possess good biocompatibility and low toxicity.
