摘要

•Detecting mutated KRAS or EGFR in ctDNA is a negative prognostic factor for NSCLC.•Most NSCLC patients harbor other tumor mutations than KRAS and EGFR.•We analyzed ctDNA from NSCLC patients with a variety of mutations.•ctDNA detection was a negative prognostic factor in these patients as well.
