摘要

•An UHPLC-MS/MS was developed to simultaneously analyze 4 DOACs and a prodrug.•The method features simple sample preparation without extra consumables.•Nitrogen drying and reconstitution removed lipids with good recovery rates.•The assay can be used for therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies.
