摘要

•We fabricate nanometric CoFeB meander-shaped films using a 300 mm industrial wafer.•Spectra of spin-wave excitations are measured by broadband Ferromagnetic Resonance.•Meander-shaped film supports a rich variety of modes resonating through the structure.•3D meander-shaped films could be potential for the design of tunable metasurface.
