In the process of crowd evacuation movement, the inconsistency of knowledge representation due to noise, lack of data and lack of understanding, which corresponds to the inconsistency of large-scale rough set domain objects. Therefore, this paper introduces a variable-precision rough set with fault tolerance, designs a heuristic optimization algorithm considering variable-precision factor, further extends the conventional rough set theory model, expands the variable concept of rough set approximation space, and effectively solves the problem of data classification without function or uncertainty between attributes, thereby to improve the adaptability of knowledge. It has important theoretical and social significance for the study of the evolution law of crowd steady state, scientific intervention and guidance of emergency evacuation, and guaranteeing the evacuation stability of the crowd.
